"Completed" games means I played enough of the game to have a "full experience" of it, as subjective as that is. "On hold" means I played a lot of that game, but not enough for the full experience, and I plan to go back to it one day. "Dropped" is the same, but I don't plan to go back to it (so it will be left unrated for all eternity).
I rate games from 5 to 10. 5 and 6 are bad scores. 7 upwards I consider the game good and would probably recommend it to you (more the higher).
