On-Hold means you stopped playing it and later on you'll pick it back up and play it again. If you think you won't pick it up again, you dropped the game.

Dropped can mean different things. Usually you would put a game that perhaps you somewhat liked but you stopped playing "On-Hold" Dropped for me is sorta like that but it means for me that I've pretty much sold the game/ and or "I'm not touching that game ever again" if you get what I mean. Priority is kinda hard to say tbh. The way I rate a game by priority is kinda based on how I would consider keeping the game in my Library of games etc. (Sorry if that doesn't make sense)
