Deus Ex: Revolution, because it looks like you're no stranger to FPS games and the fact that you're student in game design makes this game seem like a good fit since the gameplay, music, cyberpunk ambiance totally blends together quite well. Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater because I see you already played Ground Zeroes, however I along with most consider MGS3 the most emotional and well constructed game in the series.

Ack, nevermind, you've already got most of my recommendations on your list. Lemme think, Deus Ex: Human Revolution, Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater if you can get your hands on it.
