Reminds me of Katamari. Cute but very short. Definitely not worth the price.
So much of the content is locked behind play coins.
Sakura is the greatest.
I actually liked the story mode - I wasn't expecting that. The soundtrack could be better however. The dubby wubby songs weren't my fav. Happy to hear my boy Lotus Juice on some of the songs tho. The personas jamming out on instruments at the end of songs made me incredibly uncomfortable. Glad they got rid of that in the other games.

Cruel. Didn't have the patience to do the cotton alley world. 2287 total deaths lmao.
Beautiful game. Getting it setup was a pain in the ass however. I'd recommend just watching an LP of it.
Wish the gameplay was similar to the second game. I don't like that you have to do side quests to do the main story line.
Def prefer this on the ps4. Really hard to king crazy songs on all night when it's so easy to fat finger the buttons/lose grip on the vita during fast songs.
The humor wasn't really my cup of tea but the gameplay was fun.
This is the remake of the original Downfall (released in 2009). The original game comes packaged with this newer version so you can play both. The game tackles mental illness and is very gory and dark. The story of the original is a bit different from the remake. However if you play the original be sure to make multiple saves because I ran into a few glitches that caused me to start the game over from the beginning multiple times.
The idea behind the gameplay is really neat but the 3DS's shitty camera quality kind of ruins it. There is an accuracy meter when you take a photo and it needs to be 60% or higher in order for it to count. Bad lighting or a bad background for the item will end up counting against the accuracy and you only get so many tries to take the picture. You need 'silhouette films' to take pictures. The silhouettes have an outline of an object you need to take a picture of but the game doesn't outright tell you what the object is until you have already taken a picture of it - meaning the first time around you have to guess what it is the game wants a photo of.
Layton's beady eyes unnerve me.
I saw Rinne on the cover and got excited thinking this game would be about Rainbow Live. However, it focuses on Aurora Dream and Dear My Future. This is apparently a port of the arcade game. Was really fun despite the gameplay being so simple. Collecting all of the coords was addicting.
Kind of reminds me of those animated shorts they show in between cartoons on children's tv channels.
There are recipes for cereal and cup noodle. Why.
The controls infuriate me. I remember renting this as a kid and getting stuck on the swimming tutorial lmao.
Half the game is just walking around unfortunately. The story is kind of interesting at least.
The atmosphere and the art are amazing. The gameplay isn't super great but I feel like the rest of the game makes up for that.
The graphics are better than the first game but the gameplay is worse. You can only have one mannequin out at a time and you can't check your store inventory whenever. You can also fail a customer's request if you recommend something they bought before. I didn't see it, but I'm pretty sure there's no indication if the customer has bought the item before or not. Pretty annoying considering you can carry up to 1000 women's items max at a time.
As other people have said this game is pretty disgusting. One 'monster' is literally a piece of shit. So a warning, don't eat while playing.
I really like the gameplay but I'm not a huge fan of the soundtrack. Would have preferred an original soundtrack.
I'm not even sure what to say about this game. The overarching mystery is somewhat interesting. However the romance is pretty bad imo. The MC is a naive braindead Mary Sue. The game takes place over the course of like, a week so it's strange how easily and passionately the characters fall in love with each other. The writing is also pretty bad. Reminds me a lot of Twilight. "His handsome face", "his perfect lips", "I'm afraid he'll hear my heartbeat", "the fragrance of the sun"(wtf). Strangely enough I think the game shines when it comes to comedy. The game had me laughing out loud a handful of times. The way the voice actors deliver their lines is well done. I think my fav character is Toa - he's a sweet little bean. But I preferred how he looked like at the beginning of his route tbh.
Controls are kind of difficult on the vita. I think i'll try the PC version.
I remember playing the Ice Festival level over and over again on a Jampack I had. Never got to play the full game as a kid.
