Banishing Racer

Is a junkyard, an unnamed and dilapidated car opens his eyes and tears up. The tear flows toward a star and an angel arrives. The angel magically transforms the dilapidated car into a functional car. The newly fixed car moves past a sign that reads "USA" and goes off on a journey.
