Mario's Early Years! Fun with Numbers

Mario's Early Years! Fun with Numbers was an educational Mario game that taught about numbers. It was released for the SNES in September 1994 (the other two games in the Mario's Early Years series, Fun with Letters and Preschool Fun, were released in October and November of that year respectively). The player may need a SNES Mouse, though this is optional.

The game takes place on a set of islands to which Mario, Yoshi and Princess Peach sail. The player can click one of the islands to enter, after which the player sees Luigi asleep. Once the player clicks him, s/he has to do various activities to learn.

No but seriously am I the only one who even bothers to write comments on games?

An array of memorable characters and scenes, expresive mechanics that merge with the plot and tie perfectly into the overarching themes. Instant masterpiece.

This game is more influential than you'd think.

One of the worst games I've played. (No offense if someone happens to like it.)

The absolute best in the trilogy. The first time I played it, I didn't really like the story. However, after playing the whole trilogy multiple times and reading the books, I reallized I was stupid. The story has so much depth and complexity and I didn't really understand it until now.

The setting blew my mind the first time I played it.
