Story: This game, taking pride in being a Ken Levin game, is an interactive experience masterpiece. It holds up and even surpasses it's predecesor in revealing the story and all of it's details as you explore the beautifuly designed world. It WOULD be a 10/10 story-wise if it wasn't for: a) Bioshock's personal theme would be a sci-fi fantastic world which story is progressively revealed to the player while also exploring and making a critic in philosofic stands. This is mostly a personal opinion but... I think that adding multiverse exploration as a significant plot element is an overload of an alredy very functional and beautiful system. b) This is not an opinion. The game's logic is flawed, which derives in some events making absolutely no sense.
Gameplay: This game is too easy. WAY too easy. Even in hard difficulty it's pretty much a cakewalk with the exceptions of the Handymen and the Siren. It just gives you way too much space too fuck up and never EVER feel any consequence. The shield mechanic is completely broken, you never run low on health, you spend the game with your pockets full of gold so ammo is never a problem and salts are practically useless... And even if somehow you happen to run low on any of this resources, the game itself babysits you through Elizabeth, helping you out whenever you may need anything. It just seems all of the concepts which made Bioshock 1 and 2 such great games gameplay-wise have been forgotten, and all we have left is this time consuming mess...

A timeless masterpiece
This is a clear exaple of why is creativity and innovation in the gaming industry dying. Fans are absolutely uncapable of accepting any new concept that is introduced in an established series. And even while this game's reputation as "the worst zelda game" is widely spread, this is by abslolutely no means a bad game. It's a GREAT game. The controll scheme is perfect for a handheld console, the level design is brilliant, the story is apealing, the characters are memorable, the item mechanics are ingenious and the puzzles are ****ing masterpieces. It's main flaw would be it's low difficulty, but to be fair, there are no games in the Zelda franchise that could be considered hard (except the original release and Zelda 2) It's a Nintendo DS masterpiece that anyone who owns one should give a try. ALL WHAT IS WRITTEN HERE CAN ALSO BE APPLIED TO PHANTOM HOURGLASS.

User scores are being really mean to this game. I remember this to be a solid, well designed and challenging game with an amazing soundtrack.
This is a game I could only manage to beat by using emulator save states. The backtracking required to try beating the last 3 consecutive bosses is way too ruthless and unfair.
