Not as good as SMB3 or Super Mario World but has so much damn charm it still sits pretty high up there in terms of Mario platformers.

Kerberos

Surprisingly not trash. The controls need a LOT of work but aside from that I had unironic fun trying to scavenge the courses for secrets. It reminds me of the CTR/CNK token challenges in a sense. It's also more difficult than I expected it to be. (I played the PC version with the fan-made updater only for the sake of making it run on newer hardware)

OJ is bullshit. But that's the charm in all honesty. It's a well-crafted game but one entirely based on luck. Even other board game-based games have elements of skill to them that OJ just lacks. Regardless, it's hella fun to playthrough.

This game has some interesting mechanics for one of these 8-bit platformer throwbacks, and especially for a licensed game. It was overall a pretty solid time. It can be a bit finicky at times though.

Wacky, easy to learn, but hard to master.

Red and Blue aren't terrible by any means, but they're archaic and buggy as hell. Psychic-types are god-tier, critical hits function weirdly (and give fast Pokemon an unfair advantage over the slower counterparts), and trapping moves are broken. And let's not mention the fact that Special Attack and Defense are combined into one stat. If you want to play in the Kanto region, go for Fire Red and Leaf Green instead.

Playmaker

Compared to the other Touhou games (minus the .5 ones), this one plays very differently. It plays like one of those PopCap Games (before they got consumed by EA and turned into a husk of their former selves), though more obviously taking inspiration from Breakout and other games of that nature. It's difficult, but a lot of fun.
