''Brave Story: New Traveler'', PSP

I found this game while looking for the first game. I saw the anime film and wanted to get to know the original. Well, I found something else. It's decent game but actually I was bored. Mostly because of silent hero... Within my recollection only several games was interesting. Silent heroes are a bad sign.

Story line also does not maintain interest. I was expecting some story like I saw in film but it wasn't even close. There was returning character too as fan service. Sad it didn't help game become better. Only one moment of story I like. Of course I don't tell: it's spoiler after all.

Still game has nice graphics. Yuno is cute too (I just have weakness for cats...). Music is average (not annoying — already good). Gameplay is easy (mostly for children game).

P.S.: You can finish the game in five minutes. Just choose to be a spineless softy boy.

''Atelier Annie: Alchemists of Sera Island'', NDS

''Atelier Annie'' my first game of ''Atelier'' series but not first mixed RPG, so I was ready that RPG won't be main trend. Unfortunately for me there was much less RPG elements then I expected. JRPG is my favorite genre. But I was pleased with japanese voicing.

As I expected more RPG I was a little bored. A little. Game still good made. Have several endings so you always can play it again and get different experience. Characters not very impressive but they have some charm and not empty. They all have they own story.

It's cute and kind game, somewhat childish. Starts from fun: our heroin's grandfather at night transfers her with a bed. All because her laziness. Poor girl... But she was moved on good place? Almost like Hogwarts so she will like it eventually. Or welcome bad ending! Well, bad ending is not the end of the world. It's more like if I would be in place of main character.

''Astonishia Story'', PSP

I like playing old games. I don't mind 2D-grafics. What I need is passable gameplay and good story. For not 16 or 32-bit games it's also music. This game doesn't have any of this. This game was interesting in times of nes and sega when story of RPG only beginning, when lack of story and gameplay can be excusable, when music wasn't that important. As for PSP release it's very weak game. It was originally MS-DOS game. Was it lust for money or naivety but it was mistake to transfer ''Astonishia Story'' on PSP like this.

Game still playable and have one or two good story moments but it's not enough to be enjoyable.

I don't think this game worth playing, especially if you have in our time great choice of any kind games. Even if you like old school games. There is much better.

Sorry for short opinion...

''Alone in the Dark: The New Nightmare'', PSOne

Hello everyone! I decided to start write a little about every game I played. If didn't finish something recently, I'll write according to list. Sorry if my entries will be having any grammatical errors, just tell me where I'm wrong and I will correct myself.

Oh, ''Alone in the Dark: The New Nightmare'', how nostalgic. First time I played this game with dad on PSOne. We often played survival horrors back then.

You can play for one of two characters: male (Edward Carnby)and female (Aline Cedrac), but if you want to see whole story you end up playing them both after all. And for my opinion Aline's path more difficult. At the beginning at least. It's because our girl didn't have arms. I'm bad at running from enemies in narrow places. Also Aline sometime behaves like stupid one... And that is not the only why I don't like playing with Aline. Story of Edward is just more interesting.

I like Edward's story winged boss in the library. Back then it looked so cool. But some of bosses are annoying, like one you need to strike by lightning. Nearly the end of game you have almost infinity supply of special ammunition. But still it's not that easy as it seems.

As for my impression I like this game. It's not bad and not great game. Average.

Three is no good

Hi there! I know, I know, no one read me, but that don’t mean that I can't write. Well, what I want to say this time? I ended playing "Aedis Eclipse: Generation of Chaos". Not bad, but nothing special. This game have 3 scenario — this is the one big minus. They are of the same type and it's boring. They don't connect with each other, on the contrary they negate each other. And this sad. If they were connected, it was much more interesting.

I have many games so it was difficult to decide next one. Even so I started "Wild Arms XF". I very like first game of the series, but second was awful… Except part with Tim. It was touching. Let see how "Wild Arms XF" show itself. From the first glance it's good game enough for me to play it.

If someone read this than thank you and have a good day! And sorry for my poor english...

The first entry

Recently I ended two games, "The Legend of Heroes: Trails in The Sky" and "Valkyrie Profile 2: Silmeria". "The Legend of Heroes" was interesting at first, very interesting, but after several chapter I was bored to death… Such disappointment. This game absolutely not balanced between story path and action. Characters talk much more than I actually played. So sad. Story is good, gameplay too, but disbalance is awful.

Now about "Valkyrie Profile 2". This is the great game! Not great as the first part for me, actually. But Lezard, my love, it was so nostalgic. I even forgive same story’s… fail. It only at the end of game, so all is not too bad.
